In collaboration with COP28's Youth Climate Champion Team, the council has developed a 3-part module series to enhance Arab youth's interaction with climate policy.

These modules take the format of a “train-the-trainer” model in order to maximize the dissemination of its capacity. That said, each module contains a handbook and a presentation deck. The handbook is meant to educate youth and aspired "trainers" while the presentation deck is meant to be utilized to disseminate the acquired learning to other youth. Sessions within conferences and summits are a great place to leverage this!

Module 1: Understanding Youth Voices in Arab Climate Policy

The first module reflects on the insights of a report that builds a framework for enhanced youth involvement in Arab climate policy. It goes into more depth in its exploration of strategic recommendations for youth climate advocacy, specifically within the context of LCOYs.

Module 2: Enhancing Youth-Led Climate Initiatives

While Module 1 introduced you to the key findings and recommendations from the policy report, Module 2 equips you with practical tools and strategies to put these insights into action. You will learn how to align youth climate initiatives with national strategies and influence climate policy development effectively.

Module 3: Building Youth Climate Action Impact

This module guides you through the journey of measuring and growing the impact of youth climate initiatives. While Module 2 helped you understand how to engage with climate policy and build partnerships, this module shows you how to track, measure, and amplify your impact. As a tiny seed grows into a strong tree, youth climate initiatives can evolve from individual actions into systematic change.
